Nikola R. Djuric

Nick Djuric practices primarily in estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax; wills, trusts, and administration of estates; tax controversies; fiduciary litigation; and private foundations. In particular, he works closely with private family offices, closely held businesses, and their professional advisors on multigenerational estate planning. As chair of the Legislation and Code Revision Committees of the State Bar of Georgia Fiduciary Law Section, Nick has been active for many years in the reform of Georgia’s law of trusts and estates. Nick joined Djuric Spratt after practicing trust and estate and tax law for 21 years at Eversheds Sutherland (formerly Sutherland Asbill & Brennan). Before he began practicing law, he was a law clerk for Chief Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
